Berlin’s Burg & Schild have long been a destination for Europe’s heritage menswear enthusiasts, but also for those from all over the world who are looking for the best of what Europe, Japan, and America have produced.

The shop is brimming with incredible pieces from top makers like Buzz Rickson’s, Real McCoy’s, and Iron Heart, and there’s always a buzz about the place. It’s a destination shop—worth the airfare and then some just to visit it.  We’re very proud to have them with as a prize sponsor for the Redline Rally. They’ve given us a stunning piece: a Sugar Cane 1953 Type II Denim Jacket. The Mile-High City just got a big shot in the arm when it comes to heritage menswear. Blue in Green, one of the first selvedge retailers in the US, has long been a fixture of the denim scene on the East Coast. They’ve now opened a second location in Denver, and they’re promising a return to the kind of intense focus on Japanese selvage and heritage menswear that fans of the shop will remember from the store’s earliest days in Soho.  BiG Denver have made a big splash on entrance into this community. They’ll be giving a $300 gift certificate to one of our winners, which is sure to be turned into some incredible pieces.
